Chronic Inflammatory Skin Conditions:
The CISC-Net web platform hosts four international Registries aimed to collect demographic, omic, clinical and therapeutic data on Chronic Inflammatory Skin Conditions.
The following CISC Registries are enrolling:
Psoriasis
This Registry will make possible an overall re-evaluation of psoriasis based on the latest ethiopathogenic and therapeutic acquisitions.
In addition, the relationships between psoriatic arthritis and cardiovascular diseases will be recorded. These data will enable the development of personalized therapy.
T2-mediated diseases
This registry will allow a more accurate definition of T2 diseases throughout the life course in order to better understand the etiopathogenesis of these
diseases.
Relationships between atopic dermatitis, asthma, and allergic
oculorhinitis will be recorded.
This will allow customize treatment.
Chronic urticaria
This Registry is intended to provide detailed information about presentation, outcome and treatment of urticaria based on a large number of patients.
Hidradenitis suppurativa (work in progress)
A registry dedicated to suppurative hidradenitis, collecting retrospective and prospective data from children and adults, with the aim to assess the impact of therapeutic advances on clinical history and long-term prognosis.
