Our objective
- to be able to estimate scoring models and to identify, in a probabilistic/statistical way, the best therapeutic choice (efficacy, cost-effectiveness and possible side effects) for each individual patient considering all involved organ
- development of machine learning and deep learning models capable of quantizing the burden of
disease in each individual organ and in multiple organs on the basis of the big data collected, being able to identify the risk assessment of disease evolution/progression in order to implement all those strategies aimed at personalized prevention - to compare results obtained from the machine learning and deep learning models for disease burden quantification and treatment choice to current disease activity scores and treatment guidelines
